Kate Nash: The next Lily Allen?
A friend of mine sent me this video link. Her name’s Kate Nash and she has a real unique sound, reminding me a lot of when I came across Lily Allen on myspace a few years back. (Lily’s a fan too, btw, calling Kate the ‘next big thing’).

Yeah Kate Nash has done well so far, he rise to ‘fame’ came quite quickly. She whóred herself on myspace with the intention, hoping for money and fame. I personally kinda quite like that ‘Foundations’ track, but apart from that she doesn’t do it for me…… I can’t comment on the whole ’shes copied Lilly’ argument for reasons which I don’t want to mention.
Anyway, summing this up ‘the next big thing’ No. No she isn’t and no she wont be. To be the ‘next big thing’ in anything you have to be original or damn good! I’m afraid to say shes neither of these.
